Tom Rensing
I was born in Granite City Illinois, on Nov. 8th 1932, and was raised in Canton Ohio
In 1942 when war broke out,  we moved back to Granite City.
I joined the carpenters union in 1950, and joined the U S Navy in 1955. I was discharged in 1961.
I married my wife Linda in 1963, and worked as a carpenter, millwright, and pile driver until the age of 62.
We moved to Bull Shoals (paradise) .  Linda and I spend our winters in Texas, along with our Jack Russell Terrier , Bell.
We planned on doing a lot of fishing , when we retired to Bull Shoals, but music has taken over my life.
l am truly honored to be a part of the Bull Shoals Jamboree, and to be associated with all the wonderful people there.
                                                                                                     ~Tom
Tom is one of the best Harmonica players I know, and is a very valued member of our house band.  He also helps us at the nursing homes, twice a month.
When looking for the perfect song to put on his page,  his signature song seemed to be the perfect choice. (Sorry Tom) But you have given so much joy and laughter with this song,  and even though I know you'd like to escape it sometimes,
it's just too dang good!!!
                                                                                                          ~Bobby
